We found this practice by chance when looking for a pediatrician for our first baby and are glad we did. Both Dr. Ravi and Dr. Rama gave us a warm welcome when we went to check-out the practice and answered all our questions even before we chose them. We love the personalized attention our baby gets and the friendly environment. We were never rushed through appointments and have the complete attention of the doctor during the visit. Being first time parents it is reassuring to know we can call the doctor’s office anytime to get our doubts clarified. When required they have been flexible in rescheduling appointments. Extended/weekend hours and location are an added benefit for us.

We have a nine month old baby girl. We contacted R & R Pediatrics after we had a horrible experience with the pediatrician that we had originally selected at the hospital at the time of her birth. We have been going there since her first week. As most new parents do, we had many questions/concerns on things with our newborn. Dr. Rama was very patient with us, answering our questions and putting our minds at ease. It is very easy to schedule appointment times and the office even offers some late hours for working parents. Dr. Rama always calls to check up on our daughter after a visit. I highly recommend R & R Pediatrics to all of our friends and anyone who has children.

I have been to several pediatricians in the area and have had mediocre service with all of them and even had one that would mix up my boys immunization records because they were too busy to do it correctly. Here at R&R, Drs. Ravi and Rama are warm and personal and they will know you and your children by name. They have gone above and beyond in care more than any other doctor I have worked with over the last 9 years of being a Mother. You won’t find better qualified or more caring doctors for your children. They have a clean and brightly decorated office right off Highway 55 that has convenient parking and easy access from and to the highway, If you’re new to the area and looking for a pediatrician, or if you are fed up with the herd mentality and impersonal care you get from the bigger pediatric practices here in West Cary, I strongly encourage you to call R&R!

I am very pleased with the medical services being provided at R & R clinic. My son (13 years old) got swine flu and we got the excellent service from Dr. Rama Nanga. I really appreciate her calling us many times and always returning my calls promptly. I had to call her four times a day, but each time she was a patient listener and gave us complete attention. I have found that her knowledge is completely up-to-date. I am very lucky to have her as my children’s pediatrician. My daughter (14 years old) is very fond of Dr. Rama Nanga because of the personalized attention she gets from Dr. Rama Nanga.

They are great! They are always there when I need them, and take my kids at a moments notice! When your kids are truly sick you want them seen right away not days from now. They are great with the kids and always call to check on them. Thanks R&R for being there!

We have had our 7m old with Dr. Rama from day 1 (birth at Wake Med Cary), and have been really happy with the quality of medical care. Dr. Rama was very thorough about all of her initial infant testing and even did a referral to some specialists! While everything turned out to be fine, I was impressed that she really took the time to fully investigate potential issues. And I love that we never have to wait and always get individual attention. They are open certain evenings for working parents, and they are also wonderful about taking care of all the billing and insurance stuff behind the scenes– I’ve never been billed inappropriately or seen any issues (and I know there have been a few!). The office is always clean and bright and Dr. Rama is positive and nurturing. If you are considering a pediatrician, you should definitely check out R&R Peds.

I have four children 7 months to 14 years old. Previously came from a large and prominent Pediatrics Office and I could not tolerate the lack of personal concern, hour long waits, long "On Holds", unaccommodating Pediatricians and never being able to speak with any of them if I called in without an appointment. When I was personally greeted by the actual Doctors at R&R Pediatrics I was floored. I have found this practice to be Back to the Basics. During a most trying time of one of my children’s illnesses I received round the clock personal phone calls from R&R Pediatrics to my home above and beyond their professional requirements. Dr Rama and Dr Ravi are extremely caring and warm and I highly recommend this Pediatric Practice. I like their location being so convenient with plenty of parking. Even if parking wasn't so good I would not change Pediatricians.
